The minimum contract time is three months and payments must be made in advance, through automatic debts on international credit cards. There will be no refunds in the case of an early breach of contract.

The colocated equipment is a property of Braslink and will not become a property of the customer, no matter how long the equipment has been colocated. At the end of the contracted time, the client will have the option of purchasing the equipment at the price established by Braslink, which will be in agreement with the market price at the time. Individual parts such as memory, hard drives, etc will not be sold.

The server activation time will be approximately 1 week, depending on the availability of Braslink's crew.
The servers will be colocated in our facilities in Miami, Fl - USA, which can be visited by the customers with a previous arrangement.

For remote access via PC Anywhere to be possible, a 30 day trial will be installed on the server's side. The customer must supply his or her own software and reinstall it on the server, using his or her own license.
